Nightingale Academy supplies everything you will need throughout your Health Care Aide training. This includes a Chromebook laptop, all textbooks and workbooks, uniforms, blood pressure cuff and stethoscope, all lab supplies, and extra continuing education courses and certificates. Nightingale Academy graduates receive a professional resume and on-line job application support. Upon graduation each graduate receives a portfolio including all their many certificates they have achieved.
On your orientation day, students take part in computer training so that they are able to complete any computer-based activities that are part of the program.
Nightingale Academy arranges all the required clinical practice parts of the program for you.
Total clinical hours are 320 hours and theory and lab instruction add 380 hours, so total program is 700 hours over 35 weeks.
